Train.Fight.Win features dynamic exercises to build cardio, endurance, strength and agility. We have helped athletes become professional MMA fighters, competitive marathon runners, cyclists, triathletes, boxers, kickboxers, grapplers, track and field sprinters, swimmers and more!

Our gym offers boxing, kickboxing, grappling, conditioning, Olympic weightlifting and Kali/Escrima classes as well as outside workouts focusing on marathon and triathletes, track and field competitors and climbing.

We offer two levels of training.

Active athletes... This level focuses on actively competing athletes who are in need of sport specific or general strength/cardio/skill gains, maintaining/increasing fitness during the off or pre season, or for those focusing on an upcoming event. You will benefit from our knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm.

Beginner athletes... We will assess your body fat percentage, lean body mass, heart rate levels, and general fitness. This will set an initial benchmark in order to reveal your growth. You will build strength, cardio, endurance, and skills to help you begin your athletic endeavors. At that time, we encourage people to start small and finish strong by committing to a local event such as a 5k run, sprint level triathlon, or any other specific goal you have. This commitment will help you focus your efforts and build toward that event. You will receive our guidance from beginning to end, including athlete eating styles, event-equipment preparation, and event-day strategies. You will learn and benefit from our experience.

KNOW THIS… we are active athletes. We participate in all training times in order to prep for our events as well. You will see us training hard, right next to you, rather than barking commands from afar.
